Welcome to the Wedding MusicLetter! Shall we introduce ourselves? I’d love to know more about you.

I’m Matt, a solopreneur, blogger, podcaster, and creator of this Substack newsletter. I’ve been building online since 2003. In the past, I have owned a DJ company, founded My Wedding Songs, and worked as an SEO specialist. I’ve written three books and am a published author in Rolling Stone, Mobile Beat, DJ Times, and DJ Life Mag. I enjoy music. I have a fondness for helping wedding pros and engaged couples plan their wedding playlists. Besides music and weddings, I have a weakness for traveling and amber beers (think Octoberfest style). Living in Las Vegas (“Vegas”) is a dream with my wife and kitty Katniss.
